01. a glance behind the scenes

Description:
sentiment visually expresses the process of remembering and translates experiences and emotions stored as inner images into drawing and photography.
Just as images in our memory often appear fragmented, the 25 pencil drawings created in this work seem more like structures and fragments—open to interpretation—rather than clearly defined images. The 25 prints of analog photographs, developed from self-processed negatives, were altered to reflect the hazy, overlapping nature of memories.
The word sentiment encompasses both emotion and reflection. In describing this work, both meanings merge into the concept of a memory of feelings. If any images detach or fall off during the exhibition, they will not be reattached—echoing memories that slip away, dissolve, or are already lost.

03. Rephemeral Bloom
Medium: Pencil on paper
Dimensions: 21 x 14.7 cm
Medium: Pencil on paper
Dimensions: 21 x 14.7 cm
Description:
"Rephemeral" is a neologism combining "re-" (again) and "ephemeral" (short-lived). It suggests something that is fleeting yet returns - like a bloom that fades, only to reappear with each cycle of nature. The artwork explores the tension between impermanence and renewal: beauty that does not remain but continually emerges and disappears. It is a poetic reflection on the transient nature of life and the quiet repetition of the moment.
